The role
You’ll build and maintain modules in a cloud platform used daily by Norwegian businesses. CRM, project management, quality systems, HR — across the full stack. From your first week, your code goes into production. You’ll have guidance from senior team members, but you’ll also have real ownership.
What you'll do
- Build features across Business Online’s core modules
- Write clean, testable code — with reviews, not just reviews
- Work with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 integrations
- Collaborate with the team in Kochi and in Norway
- Learn both frontend and backend — we don’t box people in
What we're looking for
- CS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Solid fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Familiarity with at least one modern framework (React, Vue, or Angular)
- Interest in backend work — .NET or Node.js
- Curiosity about cloud platforms (Azure is what we use)
- Good English and a willingness to ask questions
Bonus points
- SharePoint Online or SPFx experience
- Microsoft 365 development
- SQL or database experience
- Personal projects or open source contributions — we like people who build things on their own time
