OUR STORY

How we got here

Viking Stack Technologies was established as a subsidiary of Business Online AS in Norway. Our mission is straightforward: build excellent software by combining Indian technical talent with Nordic work values.

Based in Kochi, Kerala, we serve as the development arm for Business Online’s cloud platform. Our team builds, maintains, and improves products that businesses depend on every day.

What your code actually does

Business Online isn’t an internal tool that three people use. It runs daily operations for companies across Norway. Here’s what you’ll be building:

CRM

A single place for all customer and supplier relationships. Companies use it to track sales opportunities, manage contracts, follow up leads, and never lose sight of important customer details.

Project Management

End-to-end project control with templates, checklists, and progress tracking. Tight integration with Outlook so documents and emails end up in the right place automatically.

03.

Quality & HSE

Quality management that companies stake their ISO certifications on. Risk dashboards, non-conformance reporting, version-controlled documents. It has to work.

04.

HR & Personnel

Employee management from onboarding to performance reviews. Includes resource planning, secure GDPR-compliant data storage, and structured follow-up processes.

05.

Microsoft 365 Integrations

Deep integration with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly SharePoint Online. Our Outlook integrator lets users move emails and documents directly into the system.

06.

API Integrations & MCP

We build connections between systems using modern protocols, including Model Context Protocol (MCP) for AI-powered integrations. This is where the cutting-edge work happens.
